  • Buyer needs to obtain Membership of the Society by paying Rs.2250. Check membership information here
  • Pay 30% of total amount of the site selected in favor of ""KARNATAKA IT EMPLOYEES ENGINEERS HOUSING CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY LTD" either by cheque and demand draft.
  • Two separate application forms need to be filled for obtaining membership and purchase of site.
