Company Overview

Welcome to our society, a dedicated initiative aimed at providing affordable site options specifically designed for lower and middle-class working professionals and field employees.

 

Our journey began on September 17, 2013.

 

 when we were officially established, and we received our registration under the number HSG2/136/HHS/46473/2013-14.

 

We proudly commenced our activities a year later, on September 17, 2014, marking the start of our mission to support our community. As of January 1, 2025, we have grown to serve a thriving community of 720 members, with 132 individuals actively expressing interest in acquiring sites in various dimensions, including 30x40, 30x50, and 40x60.

 

Through the collaborative efforts of our dedicated members and supportive developers, we have successfully procured land in the scenic Gowdahalli village, located in Madure Hobli, Doddaballapura Taluk, within the Bangalore Rural District.

 

This achievement paves the way for our future growth and development, allowing us to continue our mission of providing accessible housing solutions for our members.
